College Board
College Board’s web site allows you to register for the SAT, research colleges, and apply online. The site allows students to research financial aid and to register for the CSS/PROFILE, a financial aid form required by some colleges.

Common Application
Schools that subscribe to the common application have indicated that they will read students’ applications and treat them like their own. When using the common application, be sure to keep track of deadlines and supplemental materials required by some schools.

The Princeton Review
This is the home of Apply! Online, the web-based version of the software that lets you fill in college applications from your home computer.

College View
College View’s “College Search” feature offers profiles of over 3,800 colleges and universities, as well as information on financial aid and scholarships.

Similar to the Apply! site, CollegeNet offers access to more than 1,500 applications for college and university programs.
XAP (pronounced “ex-app”) Corporation provides student services for the college application process, helping students select a college, apply, and finance their education online.
